Privacy Policy
What data does mytile collect?
None. mytile has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, and no tracking. There are no cookies.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. If you enable cloud sync, an encrypted copy is stored on our server — only you can decrypt it with your sync code.
Third-party services
mytile calls third-party APIs directly from your browser to display live data. These services may receive your IP address as part of normal browser requests:
Open-Meteo (weather), CoinGecko (crypto), Eurostat & ECB (economic data), ESPN (sports), and others listed in the Data Sources section of the settings panel.
CORS proxy
Some API requests are routed through a lightweight proxy at proxy.mytile.app to add CORS headers. The proxy does not store, log, or inspect any data — it passes requests through to the target service and returns the response.
Your rights
Since all data is stored locally in your browser, you have full control. You can export your data, delete it at any time via Settings > Reset all data, or simply clear your browser storage.
